Journey provides confidential care for individuals, both men and women, facing challenges related to substance abuse disorder. We also cater to those dealing with dual diagnoses, including bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, burnout, eating disorders, and various addictive behaviors or psychiatric issues.
At Journey we run a non-punitive program, healing with kindness and without judgment. Our clients struggle with guilt and shame and need support to change habits, destructive behaviours and beliefs that are no longer working for them. The program provides meaningful tips and personalized strategies for coping with cravings or dealing with relapse thoughts that can be applied to everyday life. Our treatment program includes supervised medical detox, individual and group therapy, trauma counselling, inner-child work, solution focused therapy, self-esteem workshops, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), yoga and mindfulness, and family and couple counselling.
